Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Suite-able ("Suiteable", "we", "us") for your use of suite-able.com and our apps (the "Service").
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
3. What Suiteable is
Suiteable gives hotel verdicts and recommendations based on your preferences. We are not a travel agent, hotel, or booking site. We do not take bookings, hold reservations, or set prices. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the hotel or booking site.
4. AI-generated content and accuracy
Verdicts are generated by AI from public information, such as reviews, which changes and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. A verdict is a recommendation based only on the data available to us at the time, not a guarantee, a professional opinion, or an inspection of the hotel. We have not visited, tested or verified any hotel, and we do not know what your stay will be like. The decision to book, and the choice of hotel, are yours alone. Before you book, check the details that matter to you, including room type, price, cancellation terms and health or accessibility needs, directly with the hotel.
5. Acceptable use and fair use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts or scrapers, or collect results in bulk.
- Get around limits, such as by creating multiple accounts, changing devices or networks, or sharing an account.
- Resell or republish verdicts as a commercial service without our written agreement.
- Probe, overload, or attack the Service, or try to access data that is not yours.
- Enter content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to manipulate the AI system.
Suiteable is free to use. To keep it available for everyone, we apply fair-use limits on searches, which are shown in the app. Agencies and teams that need more can contact us.
6. Third-party sites and links
Verdicts draw on information from third-party sites, which we do not control or endorse. Some links to hotels or booking sites may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. We use Stay22 to manage these links. Any commission does not change a verdict.
7. Free service and future paid plans
Billing: Suiteable is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will update these terms and show the price, term and payment provider before you pay.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of your preference profile and anything else you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it, including sending it to our AI providers, solely to run the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire on their normal cycle.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, verdict formats and the Suiteable name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it under these terms. Third-party reviews and hotel names belong to their owners.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any verdict will be accurate or suit you. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, bookings, or travel costs resulting from relying on a verdict. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CAD $1. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights.
12. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time in the app or by email. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or the law requires it. We will give notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as 9, 10, 11 and 14, will.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. For a material change, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country or province where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
